Redesigned

I re worked the whole thing. Now has 2 circles one that is the base shapes and one that is transposed with the capo. It can still select key. It now supports different orientations. There is now a fretboard to control the capo. Tap or drag the capo along the fretboard to change the fret. 

Don't plan on doing much else with it now. It's the tool I had in mind. A simple beginner friendly tool to demonstrate the circle of 5ths and true capo chords.
